I think there is a serious communication problem on your side: your website/e-mails are not consistently in a single language, they are either in Brazilian Portuguese and in Spanish if you choose the Portuguese version . I am a Portuguese client, based in Portugal, and there is no European Portuguese version of your website (despite the correct flag, most of the text is in Brazilian Portuguese or in Spanish); the same applies to the e-mails, which are mostly in Spanish or incorrectly spelled in Portuguese. This is a very serious problem and you clearly need to improve your website consistency and communication.

I also had several problems with the delivery company SEUR; their service was terrible and the order was sent on the 9th october and delivered on the 16th october, much later than it should have arrived.

I will probably not be using your services again, as this was the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop.
